VALDOSTA – Osteen of Valdosta is hosting a donation drive aimed at collecting shoes and coats that can be used by individuals in the Valdosta/Lowndes area this winter.

As the temperature drops, the need for warm coats and good shoes becomes very obvious. Unfortunately, there are those in the area who do not have proper winter coats and footwear. The “Best Foot Forward” campaign is looking for new or gently used shoes and coats. Donations will be accepted at Osteen Volkswagen and Suburu on North Valdosta Road through Jan. 31.

In addition to the donation drive, Osteen of Valdosta is giving away a trip to St. Petersburg, Florida, which includes three nights accommodations, two tickets dolphin encounter cruise and two tickets for a wave runner excursion. Entry forms are at Osteen of Valdosta. A winner will be drawn  Feb. 1.
