VALDOSTA — In the second of a series interviewing candidates for Valdosta City Government office, we discuss the City Council District 5 race with candidate Tim Carroll.

Carroll was first elected to this seat in 2008.  This will be the Louisiana-native’s effort to earn a third term representing the city’s 5th District.
