VALDOSTA — Yesterday, Dec. 17, Justin Rashad Foster, 18, and JuMonta Huggie, 17, were arrested for the shooting of Tonisha Finch. The Valdosta Police Department Investigations Bureau transported Foster and Huggie to the Lowndes County Jail.

Foster was assigned arrest warrants for four counts of Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime, and Discharging a Firearm in the Roadway. Huggie was assigned arrest warrants for four counts of Party to the Crime of Aggravated Assault.

On Dec. 15, Tonisha Finch was sent to the SGMC ER with a gunshot wound to her leg. Finch reported an argument between two people earlier in the night, later she was riding in the passengers seat when she was shot by an oncoming vehicle. The two vehicles came in contact on E. Park Ave, the offenders vehicle fired multiple shots at the car Finch was riding in.

The driver of the vehicle, Khadisha Williams, 20, was arrested and charged with four counts of Party to the Crime of Aggravated Assault. Another member to the crime, Dejanira Wade, 20, was arrested and charged with Misdemeanor Obstruction.
