Phil Gingrey will be hitting the road again this week, embarking on the second leg of his “Doctor’s Orders: Defund and Defeat Obamacare” tour across Georgia. Among his visits will be a speech in Glynn County on Tuesday, followed by an event in Kingsland, GA on Wednesday. The Coastal Georgia swing builds upon Saturday’s strong 1st place finish in the Floyd County GOP Straw poll.
“As I talk with business owners and their employees all across Georgia they all agree that we have to stop Obamacare. On Saturday in Forsyth and Floyd Counties I told my fellow Republicans that I would not rest until we defund and ultimately defeat this terrible piece of legislation” said Congressman Gingrey.
In addition to Gingrey’s stops in Brunswick and Kingsland, the campaign will also be visiting Macon, Savannah, Sylvania, Valdosta and other cities across the state.
The date for his visit to Valdosta is unknown at this time- a Gingrey spokesman was not immediately available at the time of the release.
