VALDOSTA — Tuesday, Dec. 16, Brandon Wayne Delk, 17-year old, Valdosta resident was charged with Burglary and Motor Vehicle Theft.

On Dec. 9, Delk burglarized a resident’s home on Marion Street. Delk broke into the home through a balcony door and stole $110 in cash.

On Dec. 14, Delk stole a Nissan Maxima from Freedom Auto Plaza located on N. Ashley Street. The car was later located at Ashley Oaks Motel.

The VPD reported that the investigation is ongoing and further charges are still pending. Delk is currently being held at Lowndes County Jail.
