THOMASVILLE, GA – Second Harvest of South Georgia is proud to announce the grand opening of their new Regional Distribution Facility in Thomasville.

The grand opening of the facility will take place on May 14, at 10:00 a.m. The event is the culmination of years of planning and hard work in the fight against hunger in South Georgia.

The new 65,000 square foot facility will enable Second Harvest to feed more children, help more people and rescue millions more pounds of usable food to provide a greater variety of wholesome, nutritious foods to those in need across South Georgia.

All are welcome to attend the festivities, which will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will conclude with an open house and refreshments.
