TIFTON, GA – A homeless man in Tifton has been arrested after being charged with several burglaries.

According to WALB, Tifton Police arrested Robert Fountain after he shattered the front door at First Choice Title, and attempted to get away with 80 dollars in cash.

This arrest led police to connecting Fountain with other burglaries in the area. According to TPD, he was charged with the September 20 and 23rd 2013 burglary at A&A Finance, another criminal intent to commit burglary at the same location on September 27, and commercial burglary at Tifton Motor Company on September 26.
