VALDOSTA, GA – Freezing temperatures are projected in this weeks forecast.

An arctic blast is threatening to plunge temperatures into the twenties this week. The projected temperature for Tuesday is set to drop to a chilling 23.

It is important to make sure you bring any plants indoors you would want to survive the cold. Wrap all your pipes outside to ensure none of them freeze overnight. Also, bring outdoor pets inside or provide adequate shelter for them to stay out of the cold.

All public schools and colleges, as of now, are set to continue as scheduled.
