american flag firefighters WAYCROSS, GA – Law enforcement officials in Waycross have arrested two men connected to the fire, caused by arson, that took the life of 50 year old Lt. Jeff Little. Little lost his life fighting the fire in a vacant house on Sunday after he became stuck under falling debris.

Jacob Thompson, 17 years old, and Ronnie Joseph Crawford, 23 years old, have been charged with the murder. Information leading to their arrest was developed after tips began to come in from the Georgia Arson Control Hotline. Thompson and Crawford were booked into the WAre County Jail on charges of arson and murder.

Funeral arrangements will be held today for Lt. Little at Central Baptist Church in Waycross at 2:00 p.m.
