Three Arrested For Burglary at a Vacant House

burglar burglary thief VALDOSTA, GA – On December 4, 2013, VPD officers responded to a vacant residence in the 2400 block of Deborah Drive in reference to a burglary in progress. A witness saw the offenders taking items from the vacant home, and advised officers arriving on scene that the offenders left the area. Officers obtained a description of the suspects vehicle. Officers found the vehicle a short time later in a parking lot on Northside Drive. VPD Detectives also spoke with the suspects. Deblyn Davis, 51, L.J. Roberts,66, and George Roberts, 64, all of Valdosta were arrested and charged with burglary. All three individuals have been charged with burglary and are in the Lowndes County Jail pending judicial proceedings.
