CORDELE, GA – Law enforcement officials are searching for a suspect in an aggravated assault that occurred on Sunday, November 3. According to the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office police are looking for 23 year old Malcom Jamahrl Thomas of 2765 Hwy 41 South, Cordele Georgia. On Monday, Thomas ran from police after they attempted to pull him over when his car matched the description of the vehicle invovled in the aggravated assault on Sunday. He wrecked his car and then fled on foot.

Aviation Georgia Patrol, Cordele Police Department, Turner County Sheriff’s Office, and Crisp County Sheriff’s Office all assisted in the search for Thomas. Two felony warrants have been issued. Police say he was last seen wearing a grey long sleeve shirt with a black short sleeved shirt and black jeans.
