VALDOSTA, GA — Local radio legend Al Evans Jr., better known as Danny Dee, will be inducted into the Georgia Radio Hall of Fame Saturday, October 19th in Atlanta. Evans owned WVLD radio station and became a trendsetter for radio in the Southeast. Danny Dee has left a lasting impact on the community by mentoring many of the broadcasters in Valdosta today.
