Valdosta, GA- One man is said to be in custody following an armed robbery at the One Stop on Gordon Street Monday afternoon. Police say 23-year old Diante Botman entered the store around 1pm and pulled a handgun on the clerk.

He took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the scene, running east on Gordon. Police caught up with Boatman just one block away and arrested him in the 400 block of West Gordon Street.

Investigators say armed robbery charges will be filed against the 23-year old.
