Robbers Hit Thomasville Construction Site

lights police barAround $300 in tools and prescription pills were taken over the weekend when thieves hit a construction site in Thomasville. It happened around 7 Saturday night at the former Phoenix Crisis Center.

According to a police report, officers found a broken window and several items missing, including power tools and a bottle of Xanax. The former Phoenix Center is currently undergoing renovation- officials could not process the crime scene, as it was reported nearly 12 hours after the break-in occurred.

No suspect description is known- anyone with information about the break-in is asked to call the Thomas County Sheriff’s Office.
