Valdosta, GA- The third man involved in a high-speed wreck that ended on Old US-41 North has officially been charged, that according to Lowndes County Sheriff’s officials.
22-year old Brandon Smith of Hollywood, FL was one of three men inside a vehicle which attempted to flee after a traffic stop on I-75 last week. Deputies found a number of credit cards and drivers licenses in the vehicle, all made out to various people. Investigators with the LCSO say Smith already had warrants out for his arrest in Broward County, FL at the time of the wreck in Valdosta.
The 22-year old is charged with financial transaction card theft. The other two men in the car, 23-year old Steven Toussaint and 26-year old Patrick Noel, were charged immediately after the Thursday wreck.
