After one man was left in critical condition following a hit and run in Moultrie last week, the driver of that car in question has now turned himself in. Police say Isaac Lee Powell, Jr. turned himself in on Sunday afternoon.

Witnesses said the driver of a brown or gold PT Cruiser struck Willie Christian one week ago near the Forest Creek Apartments in Moultrie. Christian remains in a medically induced coma, listed in critical condition.

Powell is now charged with felony hit and run and remains in the Colquitt County jail.
