Authorities in Live Oak are investigating the armed robbery of two fast-food workers. Officials say the men were making a night deposit at First Federal Savings Bank around 1:30 Saturday morning when two men jumped out of the bushes with a gun.
As one of the workers approached the night deposit box, he reported hearing a noise in the bushes nearby. Two men then jumped out of the shrubs and pointed a handgun at the employee, grabbing the deposit and running off.
