Multiple law enforcement agencies were on a manhunt Thursday for three people who allegedly broke into a home in Colquitt County. According to police, the trio then fired shots at the homeowner who caught them in the act.
The robbers sped away into southern Tift County, and wrecked near Highway 319 and Eldorado Road.
All three men are said to be armed and dangerous, and described as having dreadlocks. The manhunt was finally called off around 6pm- police say someone likely picked the trio up before K9 units could get on scene and track them.
