I-75 signValdosta, GA- Drivers around the greater Valdosta area are being asked to keep a look out for a grey pickup truck that was involved in a 2-car hit and run on I-75 near Exit 18 on Friday evening.

Erika Cecchi, Katrina Lock, and their 4-year old granddaughter were driving back to Jasper, GA when they were sideswiped twice by a smaller grey pickup- either a Toyota Tacoma or Nissan Frontier- before the truck sped away. After hitting their vehicle, the truck sped across three lanes of traffic to get off on exit 18 and headed east on St. Augustine Road.

The three in the vehicle were not injured. The truck likely has body damage to the left side of its cab, with some black paint left behind from hitting the other vehicle.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call the Valdosta PD.
