According to numbers released from FOX Sports South, the Braves’ Opening Day win against Philadelphia was the most watched season opener since 2000.

Monday’s game received an 8.87 rating and a peak rating of 11.25 in the 10 p.m. quarter-hour. The Braves’ last opening day game with that many people watching was in 2000 against the Colorado Rockies, which registered an 11.80 for TBS.
