TU-Education-DinnerTHOMASVILLE, GA – Thomas University will hold its annual Dining for Education fundraiser at 6:30 p.m. April 12 with a distinctly Southern flair. All proceeds from the event will go toward scholarships at TU.

The event will be held at Foshalee Plantation, which is located at 13656 Tenacity Lane, Tallahassee. The plantation has a rich history of hunting and land conservation dating back to the 1800s. On the front porch of Foshalee’s Main House, guests will enjoy the Dining for Education Signature Cocktail, the Foshalee Old-Fashioned served in a custom keepsake glass. The Hunt Feast, which will be served on the South Lawn, will feature the Main House Salad of romaine lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, red onions, Sweet Grass Dairy Thomasville Tomme cheese with Foshalee dressing. The main dish will feature Foshalee duck breasts served with red currant jelly, cremini risotto topped with venison, and roasted asparagus. Dessert will be a medley of white chocolate bread pudding and chocolate brownie mousse served with amaretto cream.
