ECHOLS CO., GA – On Monday, October 28th, Echols County High School’s Senior Beta Club donated $500.00 to the SGMC Foundation to  benefit the Pearlman Cancer Center at South Georgia Medical Center. The donation was made in honor of Sylvia Ragan, the wife of Echols County Schools Superintendent Tim Ragan.
The money donated will be used for her and many others in the community that benefit from the comprehensive cancer center. The Pearlman Cancer Center physicians and staff are fully dedicated to delivering compassionate care to cancer patients in South Georgia and North Florida.
