VALDOSTA — The National Weather Service in Tallahassee Tuesday issued a flood warning for several rivers in South Georgia.

Those noted were the Withlacoochee River, north of the Skipper Bridge Road Bridge, which will affect Brooks and Lowndes County, per the warning.

Authorities remind you to monitor forecasts and updates for the National Weather Service if you have interests or property in these areas.  Remember, don’t drive vehicles through flooded areas.
