Valdosta, GA- A man who police say robbed the Heritage Bank in Adel on Thursday morning was caught on I-75 by Lowndes County Sheriff’s Deputies.

Donald Mims was pulled over near mile marker 11 shortly before noon on Thursday. Several pieces of evidence were located with the vehicle – Mims could face local and federal charged in the case.

Lowndes County Sheriff Chris Prine said further charges could be pending in numerous other jurisdictions.
