VALDOSTA, GA – On Saturday, October 26th, from 8:30 am to 10:30 am the Morning Star Baptist Church will be hosting a youth and police relations workshop with Valdosta Chief of Police Brian Childress and David Troy from LODAC. The workshop is called :What Should Our Young People Do When Stopped By Law Enforcement?” Parents and grand parents of pre-teens and teenagers are encouraged to bring their family members to this meeting to learn the appropriate procedures when dealing with police officers.
