Suspects wearing wigs and makeup rob Valdosta jewelry store at gunpoint

VALDOSTA – A Valdosta jewelry store was robbed at gunpoint Saturday morning, according to Valdosta Police Department reports.

At approximately 11:30 a.m., VPD officers responded to Bishop’s Jewelry at 406 Northside Drive in reference to a reported armed robbery, reports stated.

Unknown subjects wearing wigs and makeup took an undisclosed amount of jewelry and money from the business, according to incident reports.
