VALDOSTA – On Tuesday at approximately 3 p.m., the Valdosta Police narcotics detectives executed two arrest warrants in relation to illegal narcotics activity.

Narcotics agents acted on complaints from area citizens that the offenders were selling illegal drugs within the 600 block of East Gordon Street. Valdosta Police acted on the information and began a two-week investigation into the complaints.

The investigation revealed that 56-year-old Brenda Wall and 58-year-old Gregory Dennis had been selling narcotics illegally. Arrest warrants were signed on both for several violations. They were both taken into custody without incident and were taken to the Lowndes County Jail. Both now face charges of:

Brenda Wall-

  • Sale of Schedule II Narcotics (Felony)
  • Sale of Schedule IV Narcotics (x’s 3) (Felony)
  • Sale of Dangerous Drugs (Misdemeanor)

Gregory Dennis-

  • Sale of Schedule II Narcotics (Felony)
  • Sale of Schedule IV Narcotics (Felony)
  • Sale of Dangerous Drugs (Misdemeanor)

“This case is another example of the community working with law enforcement to rid illegal narcotics from the streets of Valdosta. We have said it before and will continue to say that crime reduction is not the sole responsibility of law enforcement. We cannot be everywhere so our citizen partners must help us,” said Lieutenant Adam Bembry.
