Three juveniles, one adult arrested for attempted home burglary

VALDOSTA – Valdosta police have arrested four suspects for attempting to break into a residence Tuesday morning.

At approximately 9:08 a.m., the Valdosta Police Department responded to a home in the 2900 block of Tyndall Drive after receiving a report that four individuals were attempting to break into the residence, said VPD Lt. Adam Bembry.

“The resident reportedly yelled at the subjects who then fled the area on foot. A K-9 unit was utilized to track the individuals to a local apartment complex,” Bembry said. “Contact was made with all four who were identified by the victim as the offenders. Initial reports indicate that one adult was arrested and three juveniles”

VPD has not yet released the name of the adult charged in the incident.
