About The David Waldron Foundation:

David Waldron was a loving, carefree, young geologist. He was a husband, son, brother, and friend to many. His life was taken from brain cancer too early, but his journey was an inspiration to all those who heard his story. On April 23, 2013, David had his first of many seizures. After his first surgery to remove the brain tumor that was later found to be cancerous, treatment began.  His first round of treatment seemed easy, and David still continued on with normal life activity, including running 5K races, camping, traveling, working, and planning a wedding. In March 2014, two weeks after David married his true love, April, he found out he was in remission. Then, on July 9th, 2014, we found out David’s cancer was back, and more aggressive this time. After another surgery, numerous types of treatments, and fighting with Super Dave strength, he passed away at a young 31 years old. David’s wife April, along with family and friends, have created The David Waldron Foundation aka Be Dave Brave to continue his legacy. David felt that if his story and journey could impact even just one life in a positive way, he went through it all for a good reason. Be Dave Brave is hosting a “Cancer…What Now?” seminar to provide education and possible solutions to help overcome cancer. We will have several speakers present, including medical doctors, PhD’s, nurses, caregivers, and patients to share testimonials. We would be delighted if you would be willing to donate to this important cause. We want to do our best to honor David and provide as much information as we can to other families who are fighting this fight.
