Drugs, gun found in Colquitt Co. man’s car

COLQUITT Co. – Investigators reportedly found marijuana, meth and a sawed-off rifle in a car during a traffic stop last week.

Thomas Murphy and his passenger, Sharon Hickman, are facing charges after being arrested in the incident Wednesday.

Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office deputies reportedly discovered marijuana and a sawed-off .22 caliber rifle during a search of the car. Hickman reportedly admitted to having meth on her person.
