PAAC Hosts Dedication Ceremony of Public Art at Smith Park

VALDOSTA – The Public Art Advisory Committee (PAAC) invites the public to the dedication of the public art project at Smith Park, on Saturday, Sept. 17, at 10 a.m.

This public art project involved several dozen hands in the making of it and was made possible through a Georgia Council for the Arts – Vibrant Communities Grant. Individuals interested in Valdosta’s growing public art collection are encouraged to attend this event.

Smith Park is located where E. Hill Avenue, E. Central Avenue and N. Forrest Street converge in Valdosta. Call the Turner Center for the Arts at 229-247-2787 for details.
