VLPRA offers free movie in the park: ‘Wreck it Ralph’

VALDOSTA – The Valdosta-Lowndes County Parks & Recreation Authority will show “Wreck it Ralph” at Scott Park on Friday, June 10.

The PG-Rated Disney hit will start around 8 p.m. at 1101 Old Statenville Rd.

This is a continuation of VLPRA’s spring and summer movie series.  The Authority will show the movie on its new inflatable screen, which is 20 feet wide and 11 feet tall.  There is no fee to watch the film and families are encouraged to attend.  VLPRA asks that spectators bring a blanket or lawn chairs.  No registration is necessary.

VLPRA’s next “Movie in the Park” will feature the blockbuster action movie “The Avengers” (rated PG-13) on Friday, July 15that South Lowndes Recreation Complex.
