VALDOSTA – The Chamber Ambassadors held a ribbon cutting for Piggly Wiggly True Value store on Bemiss Road on Wednesday.

Piggly Wiggly and True Value pride themselves on their store’s cleanliness and “great pricing in the neighborhood that surrounds that location,” said Tom Coogle, store manager.

Tom also goes on to explain that within the walls of the store, they not only sell groceries but also a wide range of hardware supplies.

“There are over 20,000 items just in our True Value hardware section,” Coogle said.

With locations in Adel, McCray, and Hazelhurst, Valdosta proudly welcomes back the Piggly Wiggly brand after ten plus years.

Coogle stated that the Chamber “has offered several different platforms to promote our business and to become involved in our community.”
