ALBANY – Albany Police have found two children who went missing in Albany Tuesday afternoon.

According to officials, 8-year-old Tyvarsidi Lewis and Tavori Lewis Jr. were last seen around 12:30 in the afternoon on Patrol Drive. The children were found about an hour and a half after police released information about the children to the media.

A relative reportedly stopped by the children’s home around 1 p.m. and found that they were home alone. The family member then dressed the children and took them to be supervised.

The relative then brought the children to the Law Enforcement Center after receiving a call that the police were searching for them.

The children’s mother, Barrica Anderson, could face two counts of reckless conduct for leaving the children alone.
