Deputies dismantle meth lab near Adel hospital

ADEL – A tip from a concerned citizen led to an arrest in a meth manufacturing investigation in Adel on Monday.

Richard Palmer, 42, was charged with manufacturing meth and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon by the Cook County Sheriff’s Office after investigators received a tip about the “cooking” and selling of methamphetamine out of a house in the 300 block of James Street.

The home was less than 250 feet from Cook Medical Center.

  1. Heisenberg. He grew his hair out, but I’d recognize that mug anywhere. He was framed up. Evidence was planted in his house, while he wasn’t home, so the po-po could make a case, against an innocent individual, to a appease the general public, and make themselves look like they’re actually doing something to combat the drug problem. You can look at the guy, and tell, he’s a fine, fine, human being. Injustice in the South.
