Carter Way Road is one of two private roads that washed out in Lowndes County due to the storms that rolled through Friday.

Out of all 10 familys on Carterway None of us were told that this was a private rd when we bought from JC Cowart, he told us all that he would keep the road up and did until all property was sold out here. A Private road was not disclosed in any contract either.
