VALDOSTA – The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information related to the recent killing and dumping of two dogs on Skipper Bridge Road near the intersection with McMillan Road.

The dogs, which were family pets were discovered Tuesday.

Given the highly traveled road where the dogs were found, it is likely someone saw a vehicle stopped or someone walking around the area, according to the sheriff’s office.

Sheriff Prine is asking anyone with information about this case to contact the Sheriff’s Office at {229} 671-2950; or anonymous tips can be provided at {229} 671-2985 or on-line at www.lowndessheriff.com. Messages can also be communicated through this Facebook page.
