Thomasville police searching for ‘armed and dangerous’ suspects

THOMASVILLE – Police are searching for two suspects who reportedly assaulted and robbed two men who gave them a ride.

Investigators with the Thomasville Police Department said the incident happened two weeks ago, and they are asking the public’s help to find the two suspects.

Anthony Akery and Jonathan Bussey allegedly robbed the men at gunpoint, taking a phone, jewelry and $600 from two men who gave them a ride. Both men are facing two counts of armed robbery and two counts of aggravated assault, reports WALB.

Police consider the men armed and dangerous.
