| February 3, 2016

A 25-year-old woman in California named Heather Clark lost her seven-month-old son Lukas in 2013 . . . the babysitter’s boyfriend caused it, when the baby wouldn’t stop crying.  He’s still awaiting trial.

But even though she was dealing with a tragedy like that, she still made the decision to donate his organs . . . and it ended up saving the lives of three OTHER kids.

One of them was a little girl named Jordan Drake, who had a congenital heart defect and needed a transplant.  She’s four years old now, and doing great.  And last Friday, Heather got to meet her for the first time at a hospital in Phoenix.

There’s a video of it going around Facebook, because she used a stethoscope to listen to Lukas’s heart BEATING in Jordan’s chest, and the whole thing was pretty emotional.

Heather started crying and said she couldn’t believe how strong the heartbeat was.  And Jordan’s mom Esther was right there crying with her.

Heather says that after Lukas died, she realized she had a chance to prevent other parents from experiencing the same pain she was going through.
