Wild Adventures Playing Up 2016 Season

| January 16, 2016

VALDOSTA – Wild Adventures Theme Park continues to release additional details on new attractions being added for the 2016 season. The park recently announced the major addition of Dinosaur Explore, a completely new area featuring more than 20 life size Dinosaurs. Also new this year, families will find nine new “Play Spots,” described as life-size games to be discovered and played throughout the park.

“The rides and waterpark are clearly the most popular part of Wild Adventures but just as important are those moments where families and friends can play together,” General Manager Molly Deese said.  “That is our goal behind these new Play Spots.”

When Wild Adventures opens March 12 for the 2016 season, guests will find fun house mirrors that stretch their reflections to animal-inspired extremes, clusters of percussion instruments for group play and a crazy noodle maze.  A giant speed memory game and a huge checker board featuring Wild Adventures’ own Pounce and Crunch characters will provide scaled-up challenges from the traditional board games. A maze near the tiger exhibit will challenge guests to test their agility. And, for those hot summer days, a water balloon launching challenge will offer guests a fun way to cool off.

The Play Spots, Dinosaur Explore as well as the rides, concerts, Splash Island Water Park and more than 300 animals are included with park admission or a season pass. For more details and currently available discounts on 2016 Season Passes of up to $15-off, visit WildAdventures.com
