Echols deputies bust moonshine still

ECHOLS CO. – A Fargo man was arrested Thursday in connection with a moonshine still found by Echols County Sheriff’s Office deputies.

ECSO deputies reportedly found the still and 20 gallons of illegal liquor, with an approximate street value of $400, in a wooded area of of Hwy. 94 East near mile marker 26.

Sheriff Randy Courson and several deputies conducted a stakeout of the area.

Dennis Henderson, 51, of Fargo was reportedly retrieving the jugs of moonshine when he was taken into custody.

Henderson has been charged with felony manufacturing of distilled spirits, misdemeanor possession of distilled spirits and felony possession of tools during the commission of a crime, reports WALB.
