Wild Adventures

VALDOSTA – This weekend marks the opening of Wild Adventures Christmas where the spirit of the season is celebrated with light displays, holiday decorations, special shows and music. The theme park presents more than 40 rides and attractions for guests to enjoy during the annual event.

Wild Adventures Christmas officially begins Saturday December 12 and brings back guest favorites like, “Tinker the Talking Christmas Tree,” Frosted Fairy’s Winter Garden, the Living Nativity and the snow-foam play area. Through December 23, guests can also visit with Safari Santa to place their Christmas wishes and enjoy story time with Mrs. Claus.

New this season, the Safari Jeeps children’s ride becomes a holiday journey through CandyLand. Wild Adventures has also added more Christmas lights to the popular display to be found throughout the park as well as new themed holiday areas like Elf Village. The Christmas light displays begin at dusk.

Wild Adventures is open select days December 12 through January 3, 2016 from noon to 7 p.m. The park will be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Wild Adventures encourages guests to take advantage of Buy One Get One Free admission when they donate a new, unwrapped toy valued at $10 or more. All toys collected will go to Toys For Tots to help bring Christmas joy to kids in need.

The park is also offering 2016 season passes at special holiday savings up to $20 off the regular price through January 3. 2016 Season Passes can be used right away for this year’s Wild Adventures Christmas and all of next season.
