Marshall calls District 4 Meeting

VALDOSTA – On Tuesday, Lowndes County Commissioner Demarcus Marshall will host a Town Hall Meeting at the Lowndes County Civic Center, 2102 E Hill Avenue, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. In addition to remarks by Commissioner Marshall and an opportunity for citizens to address county issues and concerns, local agencies will be in attendance to provide information related to available services.

Lowndes County Fire Rescue, the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office, Valdosta Police Department, Lowndes County Emergency Management, and State Probation will be on hand to provide information and speak with citizens. Public Health-South Health District representatives will also provide free, health related screenings. In addition, ONEBLOOD will hold a community blood drive from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Citizens are encouraged to attend.
