VALDOSTA — If you need work on your driveway, don’t call Frank Costello.

Valdosta Police report a Valdosta couple was scammed out of a large amount of money in August 2015 when they had their driveway seal coated for an excessive amount of money.

Valdosta Police has obtained an arrest warrant for Frank Costello, charged with Financial Exploitation of an Elder Person. Costello has not been arrested and may be in the company of an older white male who has not yet been identified.

Costello was driving a burgundy pickup truck with a Texas license plate and indicated that he was working out of Tallahassee, Florida.

The flyer seen below has a photograph of the person identified as Costello. If anyone has any information regarding this person, please contact Detective Dutton at 229-293-3110 or call the crime tip line at 229-293-3091. If the vehicle is spotted, please dial 911 to alert law enforcement.
