Tuesday evening Valdosta Police Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Willow Way in response to a reported assault. When they arrived they spoke with a victim who stated that he was walking east on Willow Way towards Clay Road when a vehicle, he described as a gray Dodge Charger or Chrysler 300, approached him from the rear and passed him.

The victim stated the vehicle then stopped and backed up to him. Concerned for his safety, the victim said he ran to the front porch of a nearby house.  The occupants of the car, three males, jumped out and chased him on foot.
