Knife Assault Suspect still at Large

VALDOSTA — The Valdosta Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the person who robbed and sexually assaulted a female downtown on November 19.

SuspectThe department has made one arrest of a suspect on unrelated offenses as part of efforts to locate this offender. Further, the department has conducted undercover operations in an effort to locate this offender and in the course of doing so, have looked at other persons who may have been involved in this case.

However, at this time, the department has not positively identified the offender who committed the assault. Therefore, they are asking for help from the public.

If anyone has any information regarding the identity of the person in the attached photo, they are asked to call the Persons Crime Unit at 229-293-3145, or leave an anonymous tip at 229-293-3091.
