| October 12, 2015

VALDOSTA — The National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) of Valdosta Lowndes is pitching in to help the Haven and support Breast Cancer Awareness.

The NCNW ladies stuffed pink bags with items such as toothbrushes, soaps, lotions, and other hygiene products in for the Haven, Battered Womens Shelter in Valdosta.

These bags will assist the clients and victims of the Haven with basic needs. This initiative is in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness and Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
