VALDOSTA — Valdosta police are on the hunt for an armed robbery suspect.

A woman told police that she was walking into her home when two male suspects pointed a handgun at her and demanded her money and her car keys in the 100 block of East Mary Street in Valdosta around 11 p.m Wednesday.

Police say the suspects drove away with her white 2007 Chevy Tahoe and after an officer attempted to pull over the vehicle, the suspects hit a tree on East Magnolia.

A 16-year-old suspect was caught nearby, according to police.

Investigators are working on identifying the second suspect.
