Police make Vice Arrests

VALDOSTA — Police made arrests for prostitution and drug possession charges on Tuesday.

The Valdosta Police Department Narcotics Unit conducted an undercover vice operation in response to complaints of prostitution in the city limits.

During the operation, detectives arrested Mary Kaminsky, 32, for prostitution, possession of marijuana, and possession of Alpha-PVP (Flakka) and possession of tools for the commission of a crime (narcotics paraphernalia).

Also arrested was Lakeyra Williams, 37, for possession of Alpha-PVD (Flakka).

Another suspect, Todd Montgomery, 35, was also arrested at the scene for Violation of Probation. Police state Montgomery drove Kaminsky to a hotel where the arrests were made.

All three suspects are being held at the Lowndes County Jail and with arrest warrants for the outstanding charges presented to the judge Wednesday.
