  1. Rebecca Dean says:

Robert failed to mention the restraining order he ignored and why he can’t see our daughter. She disclosed that Robert, her father, was sexually abusing her. Our daughter told her doctor about the abuse first, not me or anyone else. She was also exposed to inappropriate sexual acts on other women while Robert preformed them. Her father made her watch him and other women. These women were OK doing that in front of a 5 year old and Robert delighted in it. I have been through hell with courts and lawyers trying to keep him away from us.

Domestic violence is not taken seriously and this is why this got this far. Its hard to protect your children when no one will listen to you.

    • Robert says:

Hello Rebecca, its me Robert. Your and Robs friend in Athens. I am so sorry to read about Rob. I feel even worse about you and the little girl. If theirs anything I can do let me know. I tried to call you today and left you a message. Please call me.

Rebecca Dean is a hero. She has protected her children from Rob Dean despite great obstacles (including standing up to her husband at gunpoint despite multiple threats that he would murder her!) Shame on madison county police for ignoring her and for missing many opportunities to have Rob incarcerated to protect Rebecca and her children. It is my fervent hope that madison county will be held accountable for this tragedy, as it is clearly their incompetence that is responsible for this occurrence. Thank God for Rebecca Dean!
